Another huge section bender leaves the factory!

MAH 500 AC

A mammoth MAH500AC roll bender is headed to its new home in mainland Europe this week.

The 50-tonne machine was recently loaded and prepared for transport from AMOB’s headquarters, ready for its 2,500km journey.

The MAH500AC profile bender can bend up to HEB 500 H section, as well as over 500mm diameter pipe. These particular section bending rolls will be delivered into the hydropower sector – manufacturing turbine flanges for dams. On this occasion, the customer required the machine to bend 650mm wide by 100mm thick flat bar covers, which the MAH500AC does seamlessly.
