CH 170 CNC
The customer’s particular requirement was to bend up to 170mm OD on a radius that was two times the diameter of the tube. On top of this, the customer requested that the machine automatically rotate the tube between bends and automatically move the tube to the correct position.
AMOB’s solution was the CH-170-CNC, a fully-hydraulic CNC pipe bender which met and exceeded all the requirements set by the customer. With motorised positioning of the tooling and a parts library capable of storing over 3 million parts, the CNC tube bender will not only reduce tooling setup times but also greatly reduce production time, whilst simultaneously improving quality.
